Can you look after a site you did not build?
Yes, after a paid onboarding audit. We check the code, platform and hosting first, and tell you honestly if anything needs rebuilding.
What happens to unused hours?
Unused hours roll over for one month, so a quiet month can fund a bigger change the next.
How fast do you respond?
Within one working day on every plan, and within four working hours on Embedded. Outages are picked up straight away by monitoring.
Can we change plans?
Yes, from one month to the next. Plans are rolling monthly with thirty days notice.
