Six houses, one website, and two thirds of every booking paid away to travel agents.
The old site was a brochure with a phone number. Guests found the houses on Instagram, then booked through an agency because that was the only place with live prices and dates.
We put the booking bar in the first screen and built everything else around it.
Live availability from Mews on every page, one booking flow across all six houses, and a brand system with room for the photography to breathe. Webflow, so the team can add a house without us.
